Terry did an amazing job with my plumbing repair commercial. He fixed my plumbing pipe on my drainage. It was so full of water for days. The water was starting to stink. Also he fix my daughter. Terry saved me from being conned. I asked Terry to come check out my hot water heater because I wasn’t getting any hot water but he couldn’t come until the following day. So, I had another company come out. The man was in his 30s but he didn’t act like he really knew what he was doing. He didn’t ask me any questions and didn’t offer any answers to what could be happening. Then he immediately wanted to make me pay a diagnostic fee. He then claims there are two parts that he needs to order to replace in order for it to be operational and that is the blower motor and a pressure switch. The two parts would cost over 2,000. I know this trick. Make it so expensive that you would just say just put a new one in. Terry came a few hours later and he cleaned something underneath and it began to work immediately but I did have to wait for the water to heat up. It has been working ever since. It has only been a week. He also told me that I had minimal rust and it wasn’t time to change this unit. I’m so grateful for your work ethic and your ability to go deeper and find the route of the problem and he saved me so much money. He really does mean what he says about fixing over replacing unless otherwise needed. I will definitely be using him when I need any HVAC work done or more.
